We perform competency checklists for staff performing personal care aid duties and Care for Client families to ensure great service. Our client activities are recorded daily for our clients and support personnel.
All our caregivers are required to complete:
- We do a Screening Process through Interviews and Testing for every applicant.
- Criminal History Conviction Name Search( Required by Texas HHS).
- Employability Status Check Search( Required by Texas HHS).
- EMR -Employee Misconduct Registry Search. ( Required by Texas Health and Human Services).
